• Large egg
• Small pins
• Small craft funnel, used for sand
• Wick
• Saucepan
• Colored wax or old candles
• Scissors

As you begin your project punch a small hole in the tip of the egg with the pin. Do not crack the egg. But be sure that the hole is large enough so that the funnel can fit in.  Then turn the egg upside down to drain the materials inside the egg.

While draining the egg out then you can use a toothpick to puncture the yolk. Then place the funnel into the hole and pour some cold water into the egg to wash out the left over egg materials. Wash the egg carefully and then allow the egg to dry.

Then take the wax and melt the wax in the saucepan. Heat the wax at a temperature of 108 degree. If you wish to get a multiple colored layers then melt each color in a different saucepan. Then while at work you can mix them properly.

One more option to get multiple colored layers you can use old crayons to make the candle. Melt them as you would melt the regular wax but keep in mind to remove the paper around the crayon first.

Place the wick into the hole of the egg. Then use the funnel to pour the wax into the egg. Leave ½” of the wick outside the eggshell. Then trim the wick if it is necessary. For colored layers put the colors in the egg in 15 minutes increment.

Allow the wax to dry and form overnight or for about 12 hours. At last break the eggshell carefully. Remove the shell from the candle to get your egg candle.

• Five yards of naturally paper twist
• Eight inch of plastic pop bottle
• Two and a half inch diameter Styrofoam ball
• One and a half yards of wide jute
• Bits of raffia

You first need to cut the paper twist into some lengths. Slice two 12”strips for her sleeves and for her arms. One 12”piece to cover her head. And similarly other to cover the base of the bottle. For making her dress you will want nine 8”strips. Lastly for the slip you have need of six 7” strip.

To get the shape of your angel you need to cut the bottom of the bottle.Next you should uncoil all the strips leaving one 12”piece for making her arms. On all sides of the bottom edge round the 8” strips for the dress.

To create the bottom edges of your doll cover the base. For this spread some glue on one paper twist. Then cover the bottom edge of the bottle with the paper and cover it from within and outer surface.

To make the head of your doll you need a ball. On the center of one 12” paper strip spread glue. Compress your ball at that area and point the paper twist. Keep in mind to have one good surface of the ball. This will be the necessary as the face of your doll. You can put down the other ends of the paper twist unwrap.

Your next step will be to adjoin the head of your doll on the bottle. You position the head of your doll over the bottle. Make a hollow space on the ball so that the bottle can be inserting liberally. Apply some glue on the ball to paste well with the bottle.

Then after the head is made now stick the 7” strip jointly side by side. You then place it over the head and allow them to get together around the neck. You will need a wire there.To make the dress of your doll you take the rounded 8”strips and slowly glue them. Your strips must over lap each other. You can leave some part if you wish for the collar.

Now to make the arms and the sleeves join the 12” sleeves with glue. Then you must fold it around ½”.  Tie the untwisted part and create the sleeves. When you have made few with this process attach them to the doll. Stick them at the back of the doll so her arms and sleeves are set.

To make her hair you can cover the ball with jute. Paste the jute with hot glue. So now your doll has beautiful hairs. Using the raffia you can make a bow for your doll. After that you can bind it and paste it over the sleeves. Now to make your princess hold a bouquet craft a small bouquet with dried flowers and make your angel hold it. In order to make your doll holds the bouquets bring her hands in the front and glue them.

If you wish to create a special craft with pressed flowers candles then you will need the following materials:

• Candles
• Paper
• Pencil
• Blow dryer
• Pressed flowers and leaves
• Paintbrush
• Dish
• Saucepan

As you begin your work you have to first lay the piece of white paper on a table. Then put your candle in a lying down position on the piece of the paper. With your pencil trace a mark at the top of the candle and one more one at the bottom on the paper.

Measure the edge of the candle by wrapping the paper around the candle. Cut the piece of paper to the exact candle’s edge without overlapping them. Then form a pattern according to your wish by arranging the flowers and leaves on the paper. Place the flowers and leaves in such a way that satisfies you.

Now slowly press the dried flowers or dried leaves onto the candle. Roll the candle on other piece of paper to ensure that the flower is properly attached. Carry on adding the remaining pressed flowers to the candle. Remember to place the pressed flowers all over the candle.

With the simmer water in the saucepan break up all the small white candle so that it melts faster. Then set the candle pieces in the heatproof dish and place it over the simmer water. At last apply a light coat of wax on the decorative candle.

Dip the small paintbrush in the melt wax and brush it over the decorated areas on the candle. Allow the candle to cool down properly. Leave it for 10 minutes.
